Returns & Refunds Policy

At Banksia Haus, we want you to shop with total confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Have all tags attached and be returned in its original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund as usual.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us for assistance.
